Join the Future of Finance: Become a Web3 Accountant and Shape the Decentralized World!

A leading service provider, specializing in outsourced services for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), is seeking a skilled Web3 Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will support DAO clients in achieving maximum decentralization by overseeing and managing their financial operations, ensuring compliance with blockchain-specific regulations, and handling digital assets.

Duties:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records for DAOs, ensuring compliance with Web3 and blockchain regulations.
Assist with preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for decentralized organizations.
Perform accounting for cryptocurrency transactions, digital assets, and smart contract interactions.
Conduct audits and ensure integrity in decentralized financial reporting.
Provide financial analysis and insights to guide DAO decision-making.
Ensure tax compliance and proper documentation of cryptocurrency transactions.
Develop and implement financial policies that align with decentralized governance models.
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

A BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, cryptocurrency, and blockchain principles.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in the crypto or decentralized space.
