We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the property development sector. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including developments, tenant fit-outs, and major maintenance works, from planning through to handover.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage developments, tenant fit-outs, and major maintenance projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to handover.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate all stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations, ensuring financial efficiency and project profitability.
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure and safe working environment.
Uphold the highest industry standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure adherence to specifications to guarantee quality output.
Lead cross-functional teams, liaise with contractors, and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
Utilize project management software to track progress, generate reports, and keep all stakeholders informed of developments throughout the project life-cycle.

What Do You Need?:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years of project management experience within the construction or property development sector.
A proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
