Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for property management, construction, and project delivery? We are looking for a dedicated Property Technical and Fit-Out Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Property Technical and Fit-Out Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Lead tenant fit-out projects, ensuring that specifications, timelines, and budgets are met from inception to completion.
Manage contractual agreements, oversee service providers, and ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Oversee the ongoing repair, maintenance, and operational requirements of various properties, ensuring operational efficiency.
Liaise with tenants, landlords, vendors, and service providers to guarantee smooth project execution and seamless communication.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, monitor project expenditure, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance.
Conduct on-site inspections, enforce high-quality standards, and address any technical challenges or issues promptly.
Develop comprehensive work schedules, assess project risks, and take proactive measures to minimize delays or disruptions.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

What Do You Need?:

A BTech in Construction, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
10-15 years of hands-on experience in on-site construction, project planning, and contract management.
Strong technical expertise in fit-outs, property maintenance, and building management.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, negotiating contracts, and overseeing service providers.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
