This is an opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager (Midrand, Gauteng) to take ownership of large-scale improvement and optimization projects across Supply Chain, Production and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation:
- Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI, automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 solutions, to optimize processes.
- Develop and oversee a roadmap for end-to-end digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Program Management & Execution:
- Oversee the design and implementation of process re-engineering, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage change management strategies
Technology & Engineering Focus:
- Evaluate and implement engineering best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
Stakeholder engagement & Exco collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
8+ years of experience in leading large-scale transformation programs within Supply Chain, Production, or Operations.
Proven track record of driving technology-led transformation projects in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong background in engineering best practices, process optimization, and digitalization.
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and operational excellence frameworks.
Familiarity with ERP, MES, AI, IoT, automation, and other advanced industrial technologies.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
