Duties:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in the crypto/Web3 space, including tracking crypto transactions, wallet balances, and smart contract operations.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards while navigating the complexities of blockchain transactions.
Track and reconcile transactions in crypto wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Monitor volatility in crypto assets and ensure changes are reflected correctly in financial systems.
Stay up to date with the ever-evolving regulations surrounding cryptocurrency and Web3 to ensure that the company remains fully compliant.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of post-articles experience in accounting or financial roles.
- A strong interest in crypto, blockchain, DeFi, and the Web3 ecosystem – whether through personal experience or professional exposure.
