HOD: Business Intelligence.
As the HOD: Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for the below:
- Excellent leadership skills
- Organisational and planning skills, being able to prioritise workload
- Data analysis
- Data-story telling
- Presentation creation
- Power BI proficient
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Ability to use initiative; a self-starter
- High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence across the organisation and externally
- Experience in reporting, data extraction, data mining, data modelling and predictive modelling essential
- Exposure within the medical scheme administration environment would be an added advantage
What Do You Need?:
- Professional qualification/Honours Degree (in Statistics, Actuarial, SQL, or Data Science)
- Demonstrated ability to interact with business customers, gather requirements and deliver complete scalable and sustainable BI solutions
- 5+ years' experience within a similiar field
