My client is looking for an outstanding Business Intelligence candidate, with broad technical skills to build analytic and reporting capabilities, to deliver on strategic analytical/reporting projects, define/produce end-to-end metrics that inform product and business decisions and identify new opportunities through data-driven insights.

My client in healthcare administration is looking to employ a
HOD: Business Intelligence.

As the HOD: Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for the below:

Excellent leadership skills
Organisational and planning skills, being able to prioritise workload
Data analysis
Data-story telling
Presentation creation
Power BI proficient
Strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to use initiative; a self-starter
High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence across the organisation and externally
Experience in reporting, data extraction, data mining, data modelling and predictive modelling essential
Exposure within the medical scheme administration environment would be an added advantage

What Do You Need?:

Professional qualification/Honours Degree (in Statistics, Actuarial, SQL, or Data Science)
Demonstrated ability to interact with business customers, gather requirements and deliver complete scalable and sustainable BI solutions
5+ years' experience within a similiar field
