Our client, a leading property development and management company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of high-quality projects across multiple sectors. This role requires a seasoned professional who can take projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Delivery – Manage developments, tenant fit-outs, and major maintenance projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to handover.
Strategic Planning & Coordination – Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate with all stakeholders.
Cost & Contract Management – Oversee budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiations, ensuring financial efficiency.
Risk & Compliance Oversight – Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Quality & Performance Assurance – Uphold the highest industry standards, conducting site inspections and ensuring adherence to specifications.
Leadership & Team Collaboration – Lead cross-functional teams, liaise with contractors, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Project Tracking & Reporting – Use project management software to monitor progress, generate reports, and keep stakeholders informed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
15 years of project management experience within the construction or property development sector.
A proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
