Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations
Drive cost management and profitability analysis
Collaborate with senior management to align financial objectives with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

âï¸ Proven experience as a Finance Manager in FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Retail
âï¸ BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous)
âï¸ Strong leadership and communication skills
âï¸ Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
âï¸ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
