Manufacturer in the automotive/aerospace industry, situated in Cape Town, is looking to employ a Manufacturing Engineer to join the New Product Development Team.

You will be involved with the manufacturing process of Prototype Models.

Responsibilities will include designing of Jigs and Tooling, Manufacturing Process design, Design for assembly, weight and cost calculations as well as all accompanying BOM’s and ECR’s.

You will also provide technical support to all stakeholders involved: procurement, production, commissioning, warranty department, etc.
