Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the financial strategy, including capital management and pricing optimization
Ensure robust financial controls through accurate reporting, tax compliance, and payroll oversight
Lead risk management initiatives while maintaining operational financial performance
Drive process improvements by implementing systems and enhancing financial operations
Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and guidance

Qualifications:

CA(SA) with 10+ years' experience (5+ years in strategic finance roles)
Strong ERP system expertise and proven ability to implement financial controls
