Are you a skilled Revit/CAD Technician Modeller with expertise in Building Services and HVAC design? Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for a talented professional to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:
As a Revit/CAD Technician, you will play a key role in the design and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, with a strong focus on HVAC. You’ll work closely with Engineers and project teams to develop high-quality 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain detailed 3D models in Revit for building services and HVAC systems.
Develop accurate 2D CAD drawings and technical schematics.
Collaborate with Engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
Work on multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
Assist with clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
Maintain project documentation and adhere to company BIM standards.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (essential).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building services design.
Experience working on MEP projects in the construction/building services industry.
Familiarity with BIM Level 2 processes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
