Optimi is currently looking to hire a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Temporary Assessment Scanning. The ideal candidate should be a team-player that is detail and deadline orientated.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12.
• Proficient in English both verbally and in written communication.

DUTIES

• Responsible to receive Assessment components from walk-in clients and couriers.
• Open parcels in 24 hours.
• Do the necessary control and add the hard copy components to the control spreadsheets.
• Ensure that the necessary sorting is completed.
• Responsible for the pre- preperartion phase for the upload of Assessment components for online marking.
• Responsible for the upload of prepared components to my.Impaq for marking.
• Complete the necessary controls.
• Scanning.
• Perform any additional duties or tasks as required, which may not be explicitly outlined above.

The position is based in Centurion.
