Join a globally recognized travel brand as a Leisure Financial Controller and play a critical role in financial management, decision support, and commercial strategy. This position will partner with key business leaders to optimize financial performance and ensure strong financial controls across multiple travel divisions, including stores, online, and independents.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team of 5 Management Accountants, oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and provide insights to enhance business profitability. Your role will involve leveraging Power BI for data-driven decision-making, managing cost control policies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Post-graduate Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is highly advantageous.
• 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong business partnering skills with proven stakeholder management.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial data analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
