Role: Senior Construction Manager

Industry: Construction / Engineering

Level: Senior Management

Key Requirements:

•           BSc in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

•           Professional registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager or Project Manager

•           10 years of relevant experience in a senior management role on major construction projects

•           Strong contract management skills, ensuring resources and teams are in place for seamless project execution

Personal Attributes:

•           Expertise in project planning, costing, and management of new and existing projects

•           Ability to develop and lead contract teams effectively

•           Strong understanding of SHEQ policies, statutory regulations, and compliance

•           Proficiency in Project Management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

•           Excellent report-writing skills and ability to present progress updates to management
