Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established guesthouse is seeking a highly skilled hospitality manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of two guest houses, including breakfast service, handling reservations, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing support in all operational areas

Responibilities:

• Oversee construction, fitting and finalisation phases.
• Lead a small team to ensure a high standard of service
• Oversee daily operations: guest relations, housekeeping, breakfast service, maintenance, sales &
• marketing including social media, and staff management.
• Use Nightsbridge software for bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and invoicing.
• Ensure guest rooms meet the highest cleanliness and comfort standards.
• Manage inventory, stock, and report necessary maintenance work.
• Efficiently handle guest complaints and manage online reviews.
• Oversee accounting duties, including daily cash-up, petty cash, and monthly reconciliation.
• Responsible for staff scheduling and efficient rostering, ensuring payroll data is accurately submitted.
• Understand and manage budgets, report monthly on financial performance.
• Motivate and maintain staff relations, including scheduling duties and providing ongoing training.
• Collaborate with owners to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.

Requirements:

• Hospitality Diploma/Degree
• Matric with above average pass 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, social media and Nightsbridge.
