We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Office Accountant to join our team in the property industry. As a Head Office Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the finances for a diverse portfolio of 45 to 50 properties.

As a Head Office Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage rentals and expenses for a portfolio of 45 to 50 properties
Prepare payments accurately and on time
Handle invoicing and accounts processing to ensure financial integrity
Perform reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
Oversee the management of the rent roll to ensure smooth operations

What Do You Need?:

Qualified CA(SA) is essential
Experience working with property industry clients
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with CaseWare is highly advantageous
Experience with Pastel Sage Evolution or similar systems is required
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
