We require a results-driven Telemarketer to maximise existing leads to generate new business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in cold calling and willing to do cold calling most of the day.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Solid experience as a Telemarketer and ability to work a role that consists of cold calling for the majority of the working day
3. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
4. Highly motivated and results-oriented
5. Cloud Back up experience
6. Excellent communication
7. Experience with Microsoft Services

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers from an existing list.
• Present and articulate the value proposition of Microsoft Services and Cloud Backup solutions.
• Utilise a big quantity of provided leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment setting targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
• Handle objections and provide relevant information to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers.
