Our client in the Winelands/Tulbagh area requires a Sales and Marketing Accounts Manger responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves identifying managing client accounts, new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within eg FMCG/Agricultural industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.

- Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Expansion of the customer base and market share.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the eg FMCG/Agricultural industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviors and market dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication and skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
