Seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to boost online sales, manage inventory, and enhance digital marketing across all online channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Degree in Marketing
• Experience in E-Commerce retail industry

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies
• Analyze sales trends for opportunities and challenges
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory
• Execute online marketing (email, social, SEO)
• Optimize website UI/UX
• Resolve website and customer experience issues
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with customer service for e-commerce inquiries
• Stay current with e-commerce trends
• Ensure secure customer transactions
