We are looking for experienced and technically minded Internal Sales Rep for a manufacturing company near Montague Gardens.

Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Mechanical qualification
3. Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks or SignaNest
4. Previous sales experience
5. Technically minded

Duties: 

• Generate quotes and book in orders using the internal quoting and data system (VDS).
• Draw up parts from existing samples and reference drawings in CAD format for flame and laser cutting purposes.
• Have quotes and drawings confirmed by the customer for processing.
• Liaise with customers in person, via telephone and email regarding their cutting requirements and orders.
• Follow up on sent quotes.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with a varied customer base.
• Follow up on and provide feedback to customers regarding their work in progress.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure the smooth flow of orders.
• Add to, and maintain a comprehensive parts database.
