Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consolidations: Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive management and stakeholders.
• Head Office Finance: Manage the financial activities at the head office, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate reporting processes.
• Strategic Planning: Assist with the development of financial strategies and long-term business plans.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and regulatory standards.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in group finance or consolidation roles.

 
Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
