A leading hospitality group, specializing in boutique restaurants, is seeking an experienced Group Accountant to manage financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance across multiple entities. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the financial success of a growing restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

Managing the full consolidation process for multiple restaurant entities.
Preparing group financial statements and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
Overseeing inter-company transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensuring VAT, tax, and statutory compliance across all business units.
Liaising with Auditors, banks, and key stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Experience & Skills Required:

BCom with Honours in Accounting or Finance.
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (essential).
At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on consolidations.
Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly restaurants (essential).
Ability to work in a high-pressure, multi-entity environment.
