Job Opportunity: Actuary – Structuring & Solutions Team. My client is seeking a driven and passionate problem-solver to join their growing Structuring & Solutions team. If you are a nearly or newly qualified Actuary with experience in life insurance pricing, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Support pricing strategies for new and existing group and individual life insurance products.
Review and refine pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Develop robust technical pricing models.
Ensure regulatory and professional compliance by reviewing new products against relevant guidelines.
Contribute to the structuring and negotiation of new deals to optimize business outcomes.
Lead and mentor the Pricing team, providing guidance to Junior Actuarial Analysts.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate complex technical insights effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with a range of actuarial techniques.
Quick learner, self-starter, and adaptable to change.

Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Nearly or newly qualified Actuary.
3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on life insurance pricing.
Experience managing a team is advantageous.
