Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Draw up quotes for training services and ensure timely follow-ups to convert interest into sales.
Manage the booking of training sessions and provide follow-up support post-training.
Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling and other sales initiatives.
Prepare and send quotes to clients, following up to assess interest and close sales.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in the sales and training sector is a must.
Demonstrated ability to source new business and close deals.
In-depth understanding of the Training Industry, including knowledge of QCTO, SETAs, Grants, Learnerships, Qualifications, and Short Courses.
Able to work independently and take initiative without supervision.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer programs and systems for reporting, quotes, and communication.
Own reliable transport
A loyal, dedicated, and hard-working individual with a positive, "Can Do" attitude.
