A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic finance professional to make a significant impact by implementing best practices, driving process improvements, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all financial matters including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Oversee month-end close processes and deliver insightful financial analysis
Manage tax compliance (VAT, and corporate tax) and liaise with Auditors
Drive financial system improvements and ERP migration initiatives
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership through detailed financial reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred)
5+ years finance management experience with team leadership
Strong technical skills in HFM, Great Plains, and financial reporting
Excellent knowledge of IFRS 17 and financial compliance
