- Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Mastery: Prepare bordereaux, cashbooks, journals, and reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, and underwriter)
- Financial Control: Ensure accurate accounting across departments (Credit Control, Commissions, and Claims)
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal/external audits and strengthen internal controls
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide analysis to guide business decisions and process improvements
- Deadline Management: Deliver precise financial reporting within tight timelines
- BCom (Accounting) or similar + 5+ years post-grad experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Great Plains/GRID
