Key Responsibilities:
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports.
Conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making.
Overseeing cost control measures and profitability analysis across multiple locations.
Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
Liaising with Auditors, banks, and key stakeholders to drive the financial strategy.

Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a management accounting role.
Hospitality industry experience (essential).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
