Are you a proactive and detail-oriented financial professional with leadership skills? We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our entities. In this key position, you will manage a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of exceptional financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial operations for two of our international entities.
Ensure adherence to sound financial management practices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead and motivate a team of Financial Accountants, a Bookkeeper, and Creditors Clerks.
Monitor team performance and prepare accurate financial reports for senior management.
Oversee payroll processing, third-party payments, and budget preparation.
Manage system administration, including financial software systems.
Prepare and submit regulatory and statutory returns for the entities.

Qualifications and Experience:

BCom Degree in Accounting or a relevant formal qualification (essential).
NQF Level 7 qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management-level financial role.
Expertise in budget management, human resources practices, and operations.
