Employer: Exceed Human Resource Consultants
- Manage the team’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Coordinate communication between the Marketing Team and other teams, as well as external partners and vendors
- Assist the team with all procurement and courier jobs to suppliers, local media, influencers, consumers and other ad hoc requests.
- Support the development and maintenance of company and marketing materials, including presentations, reports, certificates and proposals
- Assist with basic website updates and maintenance
- Manage and maintain the marketing department's filing systems, including electronic and physical files
- Managing the storeroom and marketing collateral
- Coordination of team, brand and company events
- Managing CSI, donation requests and marketing samples
- Managing monthly billings (CEs, POs, invoices etc) with suppliers and internal teams
- Help coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, vendor management and post-event follow-up
- Assist with research on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences
- Support other marketing (brand and product development) and sales-related initiatives as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in administration, marketing, business, or a related field
- Computer literacy, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience within a similar role.
