Our client, a leading exporter of farm-fresh fruits and vegetables, is looking for an Export Sales & Administrative Assistant to join their team based in Somerset-West.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player with excellent administrative and organisational skills, paired with a meticulous approach to work.

Responsibilities will include: *Managing client records in collaboration with the Export Managers *Processing orders and coordinating with the logistics team *Creating and controlling all export documentation according to instructions *Invoicing and assisting with accounts payable and receivable *General export sales and administrative tasks *All other duties related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric required, a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Commerce is preferred;

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;

• Experience within an export environment will be advantageous;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans);

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);

• Own reliable transport.

Commencement date: 1 June 2025 or as soon as possible.
