As Bar Manager, you'll take full ownership of our bar operation—managing stock, menus, staff, and service with flair. You’ll lead by example, train and inspire your team, and ensure each guest leaves feeling seen, special, and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day bar operations, maintaining 5-star service standards at all times
• Develop seasonal and signature cocktails, wine pairings, and premium beverage offerings
• Train and lead bar staff to deliver consistent, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure seamless service
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming, premium atmosphere at all times

We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in a 5-star lodge, hotel, or high-end restaurant
• Strong mixology knowledge and wine/spirit pairing expertise
• A natural leader who can train and inspire a team
• Excellent communication, organisation, and guest interaction skills
• A calm, hands-on problem solver with attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and beautifully executed bar experiences
