We are looking for a full-time retail assistant to join the Mungo team at 44 Stanley.

Johannesburg

Flexible scheduling and working on weekends will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent in-store sales service. This will include learning in-depth product knowledge to help understand customers’ needs and advise on products.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage point-of-sale processes and customer relations.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Be an expert on the Mungo story and brand.
• Report to store manager daily with customer insights.
