Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years' experience working for an architectural company.

· Minimum 1 year as direct support to a Project Manager or Project Leader.

· Minimum of 3 years in the role of BIM Coordinator for Architectural stages 1 to 5.

· Familiarity with local and international BIM regulations.

· Proficiency in BIM related software (Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Build Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Build, BIM 360).

· Proficiency in BIM related Revit Add-ons and software advantageous (Autodesk Formlt, DiRoots Autodesk Interoperability Tools, PyRevit, Twenty-Two, Spatial Elements, BIM CTC Suite, CodeBook).

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversee the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across various projects throughout the project lifecycle.

· Implement and enforce SVAi BIM modelling standards, protocols and guidelines.

· Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models.

· Implement new BIM and supporting technologies for BIM projects.

· Amend, communicate and implement BIM execution plans for projects.

· Provide training and support to project teams, ensuring data and model integrity, and collaborating with various BIM stakeholders to optimize BIM workflows.

· Report directly to the National BIM Manager and the Technology, Research and Development Executive.
