A leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) is seeking a Senior Manager: Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of solar PV, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. This role ensures optimal asset performance by managing financial, contractual, and regulatory obligations while driving strategic initiatives for profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee financial and operational performance of renewable assets.

·        Optimize project profitability through refinancing and performance improvements.

·        Manage P&L, cash flow, budgets, and compliance.

·        Administer project financing agreements and stakeholder relations.

·        Support bidding, contract negotiations, and construction planning.

·        Ensure compliance with PPAs, financing agreements, and ESG obligations.

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Engineering degree (Electrical preferred) with strong financial acumen.

·        5-10 years of experience in infrastructure asset management.

·        Advanced financial modelling, contract management, and reporting skills.

·        Experience in renewable energy (wind, solar PV, BESS).

·        Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
