A large company has an opportunity for a seasoned Broiler Manager for a site in Zambia. This company is a leader in the market and needs a candidate with at least 10 years' experience in the poultry environment.

Requirements:

Agriculture Degree or Diploma advantageous.
Candidate must be able to relocate to Zambia.
Company offers a competitive salary with benefits.
Broiler Growth & Performance Management:
- Oversee the entire broiler cycle.
Technical Farm Operations:
- Operate and maintain environment-controlled broiler sheds to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
- Manage electronic controllers for precision farming, ensuring real-time monitoring and adjustments
Feed & Nutrition Management:
- Work closely with Nutritionists to ensure optimal feeding programs.
- Ensure accurate feed distribution and monitor bird feed intake efficiency.
- Minimize feed wastage and control costs without compromising bird health.
Equipment & Facility Management.
