Key Responsibilities

• Repair cages and components in accordance with product data sheets and safety standards.

• Restore functionality and safety performance of metal components.

• Develop innovative solutions for complex welding challenges while maintaining safety and quality.

• Maintain tools and equipment in professional working condition.

• Ensure a clean and safe workstation.

• Coordinate workflow with team members and third-party agents.

• Train welders to execute professional-grade welds and inspect workpieces for defects.

• Measure and verify workpieces to ensure conformance with specifications.

• Lead a team to complete large and complex welding projects.

• Oversee workflow, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot issues daily.

• Perform general maintenance, including painting, sealing roofs and walls, infrastructure repairs, and small construction projects.

• Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance figures.

• Address and report any misconduct to the Depot Manager.
