Our client, a leading manufacturer of equipment, is looking for a Financial Manager to lead its finance team. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to drive financial sustainability, ensure compliance, and provide key insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency strategies.
Conduct financial analysis and trend monitoring to support business growth.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
Lead and mentor the finance team while maintaining strong internal controls.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of IFRS, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in finance software (Xero & Web Accounting is an advantage).
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
