Hire Resolve's client, a reputable construction company specializing in luxury residential developments in Stellenbosch, is currently seeking two experienced Site Agents to join their dynamic team.​

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.​

• Coordinate and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors.​

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.​

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.​

• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards.​

• Prepare and present project progress reports.​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.​

• Proven experience in project management and leadership roles within the construction industry.​

• In-depth understanding of construction processes and technical expertise.​

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.​

• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are advantageous.​
