Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAICA Trainee to join our team on a 3-year training contract. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and fulfill the requirements of the SAICA training program while working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in audit, accounting, and taxation assignments under supervision.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial data.
• Ensure compliance with SAICA regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with clients and team members to gather necessary financial information.
• Engage in professional development activities and study towards relevant qualifications.

Requirements:

• A SAICA-accredited degree (Preferably CTA/PGDA completed or in progress).

• Strong academic record and commitment to completing SAICA articles.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Own transport preferred.
• Must reside in Cape Town.

Compensation:

• Estimated Cost to Company: R13,325 per month (if CTA is not completed).
• R14,070 per month (if CTA is completed).
