- Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Proven experience with LEAN Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Green Belt, highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing process optimization and waste reduction strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process mapping tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analyze, design, and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Utilize LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to streamline workflows.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
- Conduct training and workshops on process improvements and LEAN methodologies for production staff.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives for operational excellence.
