Our client is looking for a Sales/Design Consultant to join their team in Stikland Industrial, Cape Town. The company specializes in kitchen and cupboard manufacturing, offering exceptional design services. They seek an independent and self-disciplined individual with a flair for design and a strong customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen design and sales, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Discuss project requirements with clients.

• Prepare designs and specifications for the design team.

• Manage customer quotes, contracts, and payments.

• Meet sales targets and seek new business opportunities.

• Build a network with architects and builders.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Manage client expectations and provide regular feedback.

• Address and communicate any issues that arise during the project.

Requirements:

• Computer literacy.

• Mandatory kitchen design experience.

• 3-8 years of experience in the kitchen/manufacturing industry.

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• High attention to detail.

• Familiarity with kitchen installation processes.

• Own transport.

• An interior design qualification is advantageous.

• Sales or project management experience is advantageous.

• Salary: negotiable.
