Are you an experienced property management professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties while ensuring smooth operations and maximum value for both tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations.
Handle lease renewals, drafting proposals and agreements, and securing signatures.
Collect rent and oversee arrears recovery for property owners.
Market vacant spaces and work to fill them quickly.
Collaborate with Finance, Facility, and Legal teams to ensure accurate financials, property upkeep, and legal compliance.
Manage tenant complaints and maintain positive relationships.
Monitor financial and operational performance, providing improvement recommendations.
Analyze market trends and recommend competitive pricing and renewal strategies.
Oversee property maintenance and authorize capital improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and high service standards.

Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or logistics properties.
Exposure to MDA property management software is essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong understanding of lease agreements, negotiations, and property law.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
