- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with food safety systems, specifically FSSC22000.
- Proficiency in manpower planning, scheduling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Familiarity with OHS regulations and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
