Seeking a Head of Pricing in the Life Insurance / Risk Solutions Industry.

A leading financial services provider is seeking an analytical and innovative problem-solver to join its Structuring & Solutions team as the Head of Pricing. If you are a fully qualified Actuary with experience in life insurance pricing, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Pricing team, providing guidance to Junior Actuarial Analysts.
Develop and refine pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Support pricing strategies for both new and existing group and individual life insurance products.
Ensure regulatory and professional compliance by reviewing products against relevant guidelines.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical insights.
Contribute to structuring and negotiating new deals to optimize business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Fully qualified Actuary with 3-5 years’ experience in financial services, specifically in life insurance pricing.
Experience in team management is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
