Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Channel Distribution Sales Team in JHB, through formidable leadership and strategic actions
• Stratergising on ways to ensure that each team member meets targets every month
• Collaborating with our team and their customers to ensure growth in the Channel Distribution sector
• Working closely with our marketing team to ensure all marketing strategies tie up with sales activities
• Ensuring that internal procedures are followed, ensuring efficient workflow in the workplace
• Contributing to the Management Team, with regards strategic discussions within the business
• Implementing training where required

Key skills

• A degree in Sales Management will be an advantage, but not essential
• Sales Management Experience Essential
• Knowledge of our industry (With a good understanding of the retail market)
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong Admin Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong planning and organisation skills is essential 
• Computer Literate and the ability to analyse Data is essential 
• Energetic
• Own Car essential with a valid SA drivers license
