As a Project Manager, you will be at the helm of ensuring that our projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to execution, while working closely with stakeholders across departments. You’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project scope and budget.
• Oversee project timelines, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
• Manage the execution of projects through build/test/deploy phases using a blend of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Track project performance and ensure successful completion of both short and long-term goals.
• Implement risk management strategies and make adjustments based on financial analysis to meet budgetary targets.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear project status updates.
• Prioritize tasks, handle changes in scope, schedule, and costs with appropriate verification techniques.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP) and Agile certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello) and agile tools.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT project management, particularly in software development or IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT systems.
• Financial management and budgeting experience is a plus.
