Calling all Production Managers! Join a manufacturing team in the Western Cape!

Key responsibilities include managing production processes to meet targets, supervising production staff, overseeing product quality, and implementing efficiency improvements across people, plant, and equipment. You’ll also enforce safety practices, manage raw material stocks, and promote continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Production, Operations Management, or Engineering

· 8-10 years of experience, including at least 2 years’ at a management level

· Strong leadership and technical skills
