Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of 2 years post-articles experience
Strong knowledge and application of IFRS 17
Previous exposure to the medical aid or healthcare sector
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate complex financial structures and regulatory frameworks

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with IFRS 17 and industry regulations
Drive financial strategy to optimise performance and profitability
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support business objectives
Manage risk assessment and internal controls within the finance function
