Hire Resolve's client, a prominent property development and management company specializing in residential and commercial projects, is currently seeking a dedicated Junior Health & Safety Officer to join their team on-site.​

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health and safety policies in compliance with legal regulations.​

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.​

• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.​

• Provide health and safety training to staff and contractors.​

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training sessions.​

• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.​

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).​

• Proven experience in health and safety within the property development or related industry.​

• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.​

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.​

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.​

• Candidates with only civil experience will not be considered.​
