INTRODUCTION:

The successful candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively both up and down, manage tasks and resources and have problem solving skills. Be reliable, responsible, and committed. Takes personal responsibility for actions and accepts accountability for his/her duties.

DUTIES:

Preparing and manually processing documents, checking for accurate completion thereof.
Accurately input daily production figures into the accounting package.
Generating raw data from the Accounting Package for use in Excel reports.
Preparing and updating daily reports.
Filing documentation in an organised manner enabling effective traceability.
Perform general administrative duties to support the team and business operations.

Candidate Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
2-3 years' experience in a similar position (advantageous)
Computer literate with advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with an Accounting package. Non negotiable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent administrative skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills.
Good time management and analytical skills with high levels of attention to detail.
Ensure an effective filing system and organised workspace.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

IN ADDITION:

Reliable transport.
Afrikaans / English as a first language
Ideal candidate will reside in or around Joostenberg Vlakte / Winelands / Northern Suburbs of Cape Town to be near place of work
Basic Hours per week – 45Hrs and overtime from time to time
Note: Factory / Assembly / Workshop / Manufacturing / Farm environment
